  You will be met in lobby of the hotel in Yangzhou or you could take the train from Nanjing, Wuxi, Suzhou or Shanghai; After your arrival, you will visit:

  Daming Temple: First erected under the Southern Song Dynasty from 457-464, Daming Temple endured an extensive series of demolitions and name changes as a result of political turmoil. Throughout its history the temple was destroyed by fire three times before it underwent its most recent and extensive renovation in 1979. Funded by municipal and provincial governments, the renovation restored the temple to its grand historical stature. Daming Temple flourished during the prosperous Tang Dynasty. It was during this period that Jian Zhen, a renowned Buddhist monk resided at the temple.

  Heyuan Garden: Situated within Yangzhou's historic center, Heyuan Garden was designed during the Qing Dynasty. Named for its original owner, He Zhidao, the garden possesses elements of a classical Chinese garden, as well as unique elements that distinguish it among Yangzhou's many gardens.

  Geyuan Garden: First constructed during the Ming Dynasty, Geyuan Garden has gained wide recognition as Yangzhou's most valuable garden, possessing the richest history among the city's many gardens. It is named for the Chinese character "ge", which can be seen in the shadows cast by elegant bamboo shoots onto the vibrant greenery blanketing the lush ground. Although quite small in scale, Geyuan Garden is exquisitely preserved, boasting a creatively designed landscape composed of intricate rockeries and bamboo groves, dignifying it as one of China's most uniquely constructed gardens.
