U China Travel specializes in tailor-made travel. We strive to always create a comfortable and relaxing private travel experience for you. We are very experienced in working with family and business travelers. We also avoid the typical tourist restaurants, places targeting travelers. As a boutique travel group we hope not to be the biggest, but strive to be the best travel company with the highest quality service in China.
Payment
Following the finalisation of your personalised tour itinerary, you will be liable for a deposit which amounts to 30% of the total tour price. Payment must be completed in full at least 20 days before your trip, and can be paid instalments, providing the final payment is made on or before this date. Payment of deposit is considered indicative that the client has read and agrees with all terms and conditions.
Payment Methods
1. Paypal
Paypal is an online service which allows customers to make secure online credit card payments without disclosing their details to any third parties.
If you own a Paypal account, please login and complete your transaction, confirming the cost with your travel consultant. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay using the Paypal website by providing your credit card information. Paypal accepts all the major credit cards and debit cards.

2. Wire Transfers
Wire transfer is another way for the payment. It takes 3 to 10 days to get our account. We recommend that you do the transfer via Bank of China, as it will reach us more quickly. Please inform us by fax or e-mail when you have wired us the money.

3. Western Union
After you have sent the money, please inform us of the full name of the sender, sum of money, your address, and most importantly the Money Transfer Control Number provided by Western Union.
Western Union transfers can arrive as quickly as 30 minutes after sending and are the quickest payment method available. We recommend that customers making last-minute bookings or late payments use Western Union transfers to ensure their payment is made promptly.
